B’s Ice Cream Workshop
Background
During my senior year at the University of San Francisco, within my Packaging & Branding elective, we were asked to create a business with a social impact within a particular community. As a sibling of someone with autism, I wanted to create a business that provided him with employment experience that also advocates and teaches other communities about the autism community. The physical aspect of this project revolves around a “First Day Kit” for a mock ice cream shop that includes (1) Apron, (1) Laser cut ice cream spatula, and an accompanying iPad app to help team members be successful and accountable on the job.
